Welcome to the Alumni Network of Eastleigh high school. Alumni Trip to Nairobi
Our alumni have played an important in building the credibility of our school and have contributed immensely to the growth of the school. We have a vibrant alumni group whom have remained in close contact with the school. Through their close interaction with the school the group has undertaken various projects in the school. Some of the projects include
Computers for EHS
The alumni donated 31 desktop computers and 2 laptops to EHS, Nairobi in the year 2012, and a further 10 computers in the year 2017 this is after the initial computers were stolen. This initiative of supplying the school with computers has played a key role in making Eastleigh high school techno swerve as well as enable the students take computer studies as an examinable subject in the k.c.s.e.
The IT Room, network and Internet access
The school has a large well equipped computer room on the first floor in the ‘newer’ block above the current staff room. The alumni took up the initiative of renovating the computer room as well as installing networking equipment to ensure the all school can access the internet.
Maintenance:
The school spent nearly £30K in total (including £10K from ESS Alumni) getting the whole school repainted in 2014
